David is Principal Double Bass of the Glyndebourne Sinfonia and has appeared as guest principal with London Mozart Players, English Chamber Orchestra and Britten Sinfonia. As graduate of the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, he spent his formative playing career in the sections of the London Philharmonic and Royal Philharmonic Orchestras. He can be seen regularly performing with the Orchestras of the Royal Opera House and English National Opera. David is also the Double Bass professor for the Royal Marine Band Service and the Army Corps.
